What Vaccines Do You Require?

In order to maintain a safe, comfortable environment, we do require all pets to be current on their vaccinations.

Puppies and kittens between 8 weeks and 4 months of age may receive services in the salon without vaccinations.

Please note: all pets must be in good health prior to receiving any grooming services.

Do I Need To Book An Appointment?

Booking an appointment for a grooming service ahead of time ensures that you (and, more importantly, your pet) are not kept waiting any longer than necessary. We can not guarantee that we will have an opportunity to get your pet in so an appointment is highly recommended. However not all services need an appointment such as nail trims. Give us a call if you have any questions.

How Do I Get My Pet's Grooming Appointment Cost?

Prices for base packages are based on breed, condition of coat and length of service. In order to get a price estimate before your appointment, we recommend calling the salon for an estimate.

How Long Will The Groom Take?

The amount of time it takes for pet grooming varies by breed and service, but you can usually plan on it taking up to 4 hours. We strive to get your pet back home as quickly as possible but it is hard to estimate the actual time it may take. Express services can be arranged upon request, shortening service time. Minor services, such as nail trims, take approximately 15 minutes or less and no appointment is necessary. Wait time may apply.

Do You Kennel Dry?

We select the appropriate drying method for each pet based on a variety of factors including: hair type, breed, age and behavior. While we do kennel dry some dogs, we have safety procedures specific to kennel dryers that are designed to keep pets safe. We do not use kennel dryers with heating elements and often combine multiple drying techniques to minimize the drying time. If you have any questions about our policy or would like to discuss the best drying process for your dog, please be sure to speak with a pet stylist when booking your dog grooming appointment.

Will My Pet Be Kenneled Before/After The Groom?

Pets are cared for in the best manner possible. We have different options available and water is provided at all times. We keep kennel time as minimal as possible, and there is someone on hand who checks on them frequently.

Can I Stay And Watch My Pet Be Groomed?

Yes, our salon offers glass that you can comfortably watch your pet being groomed. For the safety of pets, however, we don't allow Pet Parents to assist with grooming or to stay in the grooming kennel or bathing areas. Also keep in mind that pets can behave differently for the grooming technician if they can see there owner. It may not always be the best thing for the groomer or the pet for you to be present. Just simply have courtesy based on the needs.

Will My Pet Be Sedated?

It is not a typical practice that we do. However, sometimes it is the best option when ALL other resources are exhausted. We will never sedate until you have been notified and authorize it. We also have a vet on hand who preforms the sedation and will take each pet's situation independantly.  If your dog or cat has been known to have a strong behavioral reaction to grooming or bathing, please advise us when dropping off. We may just simply end the session and send your pet back home.

How Can I Be Certain That The Best Services Are Provided?

At check-in, we will perform a thorough assessment and discuss your pet's needs with you to make sure the most appropriate services are selected. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. We also can provide you with a tour of the facility if you desire.
